During the evening, the entrance gate to the village is closed. To open the gate, please call the reception desk at 04-995-0020.
The use of open flames or barbecues is strictly prohibited throughout all hotel premises and lawns.
Pets are strictly prohibited in all hotel areas.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, corridors, the lobby, and any area that is not fully outdoors.
The hotel accepts the following credit cards: Isracard, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
The prices shown in your booking confirmation are final and are not eligible for any additional discounts.
The hotel complies with the EMV standard. All credit card payments require entry of your personal PIN code.
Requests such as a ground-floor room, connecting rooms, adjacent rooms, etc., are considered requests only and are subject to availability and the hotel’s discretion. While we make every effort to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in on weekdays is from 3:00 PM. On Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in begins approximately one hour after the end of Shabbat or the holiday.
Check-out on weekdays is until 11:00 AM. On Saturdays, check-out is until 4:00 PM.

Air Conditioning (Hotel Rooms Only – Not Apartments)
To ensure the air conditioner operates properly, please make sure the window is fully closed.
If the window is closed and the air conditioner still indicates an error, please contact the reception desk for assistance.
Swimming Pool (Seasonal)
Pool towels are available at the reception desk. Upon check-in, you received towel cards that can be exchanged for pool towels.
A charge of ₪25 will apply for each lost towel card.
After using the towels, please return them to the reception desk to receive your towel cards back.
Please return the towel cards to the reception staff when checking out.
Please do not take the room towels to the pool.
Dining
The dining room is located in the main building, to the right of the reception desk.
Meal times are subject to change at the hotel’s discretion and will be updated upon arrival.
