In the evening the main gate is closed. To open the gate, call reception at +972-4-9950020

On Saturdays and holidays starting one hour after the end of Saturday / holiday
Check-out on weekdays, until 11:00 a.m
on Saturdays until 4:00 pm
Calling to the reception from your room
You can call the reception from your room by dialling 720 on the phone in your room
AC in the rooms
For the air conditioner to work, make sure that the window in the room is closed.
If the window is closed, and the alarm still warns of a malfunction, contact the reception desk for assistance
Swimming Pool (on opening seasons)
Pool towels are available at the front desk. At check-in you received tickets for which you can get towels for the pool.
After using the towels, they must be returned to the reception desk to receive the tickets back. The tickets must be returned to the receptionist at check-out.
*Please do not take the towels from the rooms to the pool!
Meals
The dining room is located at the reception building.
Breakfast is served in the dining room in the lobby building. Check the mealtimes at the reception desk.
Dinner is served in the dining room in the lobby building. Check the mealtimes at the reception desk.
Dinner that is not included in the order is subject to an additional charge and is subject to availability.
Coffee and tea
In addition to the coffee kit in the rooms, you have at your disposal a coffee and tea station for free use in the hotel lobby.
